Job Description / Responsibilities :

This position reports to the Sr. Manager of the Company. The major KRA are: –

• Environmental compliance.
• Experience in plastic & e-waste compliances management.
• Experience in filing EPR E-Waste authorization On-ground experience in plastic & e-waste audits at ULB sites, MRF facilities & other supply chains. Onboarding the plastics and e-waste recyclers with respect to the compliance checklist Liasoning with government officials
• Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Action Plan w.r.t. Plastic Waste Management Rules, 2023& E-waste Management rules 2023
• Responsible for the EPR authorization & renewal as a importer & producer on the online portal of CPCB.
• Responsible for renewal of ISO certification.
• waste-related legislations, Rules, notifications, state, and central pollution control boards.
• Responsible for Factory labour safety guidelines.
• Always Updated environmental policies notifications on Ewaste management rules, authorizations documents, forms & others.

 Desired Profile of the candidate :

• Worked on Environmental Clearance projects and Environmental Management Plans.
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment

This position reports to the CEO of the Company. The major KRA are: –

• Responsible to create new business leads from the organized sector.
• Generate business from the new and existing clients thereby achieving the business target.
• Dealing with companies for EPR/CSR services.
• Corporate visits and generate new clients.
• Scheduling meetings with PSUs to collect the E-waste.
• Schedule meetings with Private & Govt organizations concerned Person.
• Maintain client relations to build an excellent reputation for service and produce repeat business.
• Resolving the customer issues and queries on time.
• Controlling the outstanding and strong follow-up with the customer for collections.
• Immediate response to any customer requirement.
• Share daily reports of the work with the senior authority.
• Develop a strategic approach to create engagement and win new business.
• Responsible for creating updated presentations for the Company.
• Responsible for creating price quotations for the E-waste scrap products.

Desired Profile of the candidate:

Job Description / Responsibilities: This position reports to the Manager of the Company. The major KRA are: -.

• Prepare all tax papers in regular basis and handle all information data requests
• Involved in Finalization of Annual Accounts of Ecoverva and other group companies.
• Involved in preparation of replies of the transfer pricing assessments and notices.
• Involved in preparation of replies of income tax scrutiny cases & TDS notices for all the units.
• Involved in approval process of day to day accounting of the corporate office Involved in ensuring correct deduction of TDS except payroll being outsourced, timely filing of TDS Return & correction statement in case required.
• Centralized payment processing directly thru ERP Involved with the tax advisors for tax returns assessment.
• Ensuring a steady cash flow by generating, auditing, and sending invoices in a timely manner.
• Responsible to handle GST Filing & issues.
• Create all project-related billings to customers and Investigate all project
• expenses not billed to customers
• Close out project accounts upon project completion
• Create project accounts in the accounting system/ TALLY.
• Identify and mitigate tax risks
• Manage direct tax provision and direct tax compliance process

Desired Profile of the candidate:

• 4-7+ years’ experience as Account Management
• Experience to handle a team
• Experience to work under pressure.
