Position Overview

Ecoverva is seeking experienced and motivated professionals
to join our Technical Operations team as Supervisors at our Bilaspur facility.
This role is essential for ensuring the smooth functioning of daily plant
operations, technical maintenance, and adherence to safety and environmental
standards. 

As part of our commitment to sustainable e-waste management,
we are looking for individuals with strong technical backgrounds, leadership
capabilities, and a hands-on approach to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day plant operations 
  • Monitor and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and
  • technical issues
  • Lead, train, and support the technical staff to ensure
  • performance and safety standards
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental
  • regulations
  • Implement preventive maintenance systems and 5S practices
  • across operations
  • Prepare operational reports and assist in audits and
  • inspections
  • Work in coordination with other departments to ensure smooth
  • workflow
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts as per plant schedule

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical operations or
  • plant supervision
  • Diploma, Polytechnic, or B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical,
  • or related engineering field
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience in team management and technical training
  • Familiarity with 5S methodology, preventive maintenance
  • systems, and standard operating procedures
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible to work in shifts

About the Role

Ecoverva is looking for a driven and experienced Commercial Executive – IPR Sales to join our dynamic team at our Gurgaon office. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sustainability and are capable of driving strategic sales initiatives within the e-waste sector, particularly under the Individual Producer Responsibility (IPR) framework.

The selected candidate will be responsible for generating new business, onboarding vendors, conducting market research on emerging e-waste categories, and managing key client relationships to ensure long-term business growth and compliance support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IPR domain.
  • Drive revenue generation by offering IPR execution services to producers, importers, and brand owners.
  • Identify and onboard compliant vendors across e-waste collection, dismantling, transportation, and recycling segments.
  • Conduct market research to explore new e-waste product categories and industry trends.
  • Manage and retain existing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Coordinate internally to design tailored IPR solutions based on client requirements.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to all regulatory frameworks related to IPR implementation.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, vendor details, and market insights.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Sciences, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in sales, vendor development, or client servicing, preferably within the sustainability, recycling, or environmental services sector.
  • Strong understanding of IPR regulations and compliance frameworks under CPCB guidelines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
